When you see a doctor or nurse they may ask you about smoking, drugs and alcohol. These are routine questions which we ask all our patients. Your answers are fully confidential and we do not share this information without your consent.
It is important to be as honest as you can – we are not here to judge you but are simply recording important information on your health record, and offering helpful advice to support your wellbeing.
