Learning Difficulties - Information for the patient and their carer

The Practice will invite patients with learning disabilities to have an annual health check with their usual GP and one of the nursing team.  The Practice will send an annual invite to all eligible patients on the register.

In addition to the annual health check you may be invited to other NHS health checks.

Bowel Screening

Flu Vaccination

All patients with learning difficulties are also eligible for a annual flu vaccination. The Flu campaign normally runs between September to March. Please contact the practice regarding an appointment with the Nurse.
